What makes us fat?

The new year is upon us and we want to make sure we don’t enhance our chunky bits.

The problem…

We adopt a healthy lifestyle and the chunky bits don’t disappear in the first 5 days of a so-called healthy eating plan.

The problem
..
We eat what we think is healthy for 4 weeks and lose some weight, so we think, fuck it, let’s have a cheat day, which turns into a cheat weekend.

The problem
..
We expect instant results but we have been overweight for years.
..
So many problems but a lack of help from the fitness industry that plagues us with quick-fix solutions that ruin your motivation for the whole year.

Look… I’m not blaming you

I’m blaming the trainers who promote shit quick fix diets.
