What is the SECRET to getting in shape..? I tell you what, if you read every word of this email, you may just find out.. ๐Ÿ™‚

I hear ya, but surely i need to eat less than what i burn..?

The simple answer is yes..

This is often the question that is bounded about in the fitness industry for anyone who wants to get in shape…

….so then, what diet is best..?

I would say all of them work…BUT..

The idea is to put the body into a calorie deficit…(eat less than what you burn)

I.e if you burn 2500 and eat 2300, then you will lose weight in a sustainable way in a slight calorific deficit…make sense..?

Split up your carbs, Proteins and Fats (50, 40, 10) for the best results.

And you will find that this is the simplest way for you to keep in control of any fat gain issues..


Bullshit alert..

…You could go and spend ยฃ85 on some kinda fat burner, eat what you want and not worry about working out, or being in a slight deficit….WRONG..!

These companies, make an absolute fortune out of our desperation to be in shape and it is wrong…

Please stop looking for the easy option…it is hard, but it will be worth it.. ๐Ÿ™‚
