Having been into my fitness from my late teens I have always worked out to maintain a slim figure (calorie counting) but I now feel the importance of becoming stronger and thinking about my workouts and what I eat in a different way and I’m already seeing the benefits thanks to SCVital Fitness.
I joined in January this year & feel I have gained a lot from the amazing coaches, with regards the workouts, mobility advice & food guidance I have been given.
During our period of the lockdown, the online training as been fantastic and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed doing this. Keep up the good work!!
