😥The gym sucks right? Not really, here are some tips😥
..
So then, you reach the age of 40-50 and you have succeeded at most things in your life, so this is gonna be a breeze, right?

So you get started at the gym,
..
Then after 3,4 sessions, reality sinks in…
..
…”SHIT, this is hard, why can’t i just get it?”
..
“Why can’t i do what everyone else is doing?”
..
“Why is everyone is looking at me”
..
“Everyone thinks i’m a loser”
..
“I don’t want to do the weights, because i don’t want to get bulky, i just want to get toned..” (face palm)
..
“I don’t want to get out of breath”
..
or conversely
..
“I want to be out of breath at every opportunity”
..
I could go on, but you kinda get my drift…
..
All of these things run around in your mind and you forget one simple thing
..
“We all started somewhere”
..
Listen, of course it’s hard, you have never been there, you have never been told you are doing it wrong
..
But, Imagine this..
..
You have 3,4 driving lessons and say to the driving instructor,
” I am terrible, i’m never gonna pass my test by the 5th lesson”
..
It’s starting to make some sense, isn’t it?
..
The same as saying i don’t want to do weights because i don’t want to get bulky i just want to get toned.
..
Which is the same as saying i don’t want to drive to much because i don’t want to be an F1 Driver.
..
The gym is a place to put your EGO to bed, nobody cares what you are doing and nobody is looking at you.
..
Time is on your side, as long as patience is your mantra
..
