She was upset … gutted

This actually upset me A LOT.
..
The new client was also upset, the question i asked myself, did I do the right thing?
..
I had a visit from a potential new client to the gym, another person to help hit their goals and as a trainer/coach, this is the time you are buzzing because it is one more person to help.
..
The thing is, it didn’t go well
..
Don’t get me wrong, she was fantastic and you could see that she clearly wanted to progress and I really wanted to help…. BUT i couldn’t.. 🙁
..
I won’t get into the details of why, I just knew it was something we couldn’t do at SC Vital Fitness.
..
We do pride ourselves on helping everyone and will personalise and facilitate every workout for each and every individual, but not this time…
..
…the thing is, sometimes as a trainer/coach you need to STAY HUMBLE and know your limitations.
..
After this day I started to think
..
What about the utter fucknuggets, you know, the dietshake sellers with their cookie cutter programmes or one size fits all diet shakes…. Do they really get results?
..
AND
..
What about the other fucknuggets, who have no idea how to train a specific injury/sport, but take your money and then jump straight onto a facebook group and ask… “HOW DO I TRAIN A PERSON WITH (insert problem)”…etc
..
Im sure they would take any person through their cookie cutter diet/training plan and put them through the same routine and expect the same results as the last person they duped.
..

How can you hit your goals and which trainer/gym should you pick?
..
TOP TIP – Do your research, stalk them on facebook and listen to their message and who they have already trained, check reviews, look at video testimonials (written ones can be made up!)
..
