what im trying to say is that you don’t need to live
like a monk and never enjoy anything
ever again, just to get those gains (or losses!)
As coaches we love to see people do
well and we also have many of our members
getting strong, losing body fat and YES
some of them eat cake/easter eggs..!!
YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE…!!!!
AND I THINK ITS BRILLIANT..!!
