How Nicole got back her mojo

This is a fantastic transformation of a different kind (it could be you!)

Working and slogging at a normal gym as a cardio queen (or king) is the usual mistake many of us make when trying to stay in shape.

..

I get it, any exercise in the fat burning zone (face palm) burns sooooo many calories..!

..

You’re right it kinda does…. BUT

..

What happens when you plateau?

..

What happens when you get bored with the same old routine?

..

What happens when due to boredom, you start to lack intensity?

..

Look there is some evidence that suggests you will lose body fat using cardio, but if you want  a bigger bang for your buck and quicker results, then weight training is key.

..

The story goes like this…

…So then, Nicole was on the treadmill (running nowhere) and wanted something different and asked the question.

Is SC Vital Fitness the right place for me?
