“Sean PT/DEADLIFTS is a tiny piece of the jigsaw and when LOOKING at your client base I see an opportunity to help them with a simple plan (Herbalife). If you were intelligent enough…(blah blah)”
I almost couldn’t stop laughing at this message, so much so, that I think a bit of wee came out
In all seriousness, this is what is wrong with the industry
A simple plan made up of supplements to line the pockets of scrupulous trainers
Instead of an education pathway that can set up a client for life
Why do they do it?
Basically, if you set up something with little or no education, you can sell more product
What can you do?
- If you have a trainer that advocates any type of supplement before your diet is on point, question him/her
- Keep it simple by following the SCVF simple guide (See Picture)
- Take your time to make a habitual routine
- Don’t demonise any foods
- Stop listening to BULLSHIT
