Hey friends of SCVF!

We hope you had a wonderful festive period and are settling well into 2019.

This is just an email to keep you in the loop about all the exciting things happening at SC Vital Fitness.

We are always reviewing feedback, and looking to improve the service we offer. To that end this led to lots of exciting changes in 2018 including a complete gym refurbishment, improved session timetable, and to top it off we are going to make this year even better.

What have we got planned for 2019?

Better facilities

We are going to be creating more space with a mezzanine floor, this will enable us to create a dedicated space for circuits and open gym. We will have more equipment, including treadmills, rowers, and bikes.

There will be additional showers, and refurbishment of the current ones, not only that but the social area will also get bigger and better.

Classes

Early 2019 will see us introduce a Barbell Club, enabling members to get specialist coaching on specific weightlifting movements, like Olympic Weightlifting and gymnastics.

We will also be trialling ‘Family Fit’ sessions, which will be free to members and their children, allowing them to train together in a safe and fun environment, promoting a healthy lifestyle to the younger generations of SCVF members.

Support

We will be introducing a bolt on nutrition education and support course, allowing members to learn how to build successful nutritional habits to reach their goals.

A virtual coaching app will also be introduced allowing members to train using the same great SCVF programming and philosophy whilst away from the gym.

Events

2019 will have the most training and social events SCVF has ever seen, Spring Games, Summer BBQ’s, Winter Game’s, Pizza/ping pong and adventure days.

Staff

We will also continue to invest in ourselves and the industry with staff education, guest speakers, supporting other gyms, and mentoring local trainers.

In short 2019 is going to be a great year, for all of us at SCVF
