Why are we overweight and do you need a quick fix?

This is a big question and the fitness industry spouts all about being in a calorie deficit and if you eat less you won’t be overweight…

.

This is true, but still doesn’t answer the question, why?

.

Could it be carbs?

.

Could it be the partner’s fault?

.

Could it be YOU?
