Why are we overweight and do you need a quick fix?
.
This is a big question and the fitness industry spouts all about being in a calorie deficit and if you eat less you won’t be overweight…
.
This is true, but still doesn’t answer the question, why?
.
Could it be carbs?
.
Could it be the partner’s fault?
.
Could it be YOU?
.
We ran a 21 day reset at SC Vital Fitness and there was a staggering 178kg loss between 25 committed people
.
I hear what you’re saying “isn’t this just a quick fix?”
.
The answer is yes & no.
.

Read this…
.
Sally “the first lockdown where I ate rubbish and drank to much wine” Lost 15 lbs
.
Elaina “like most people i struggled with lockdown life and nutrition” Lost 12 lbs
.
Could this be the reason we are all overweight?
.
They are both now transferring everything they learned in the 21 day reset and moving into a real-life approach on our 12-week education program, which would not have sounded like a great deal if they didn’t have an amazing result in our 21 day reset.
.
The quick fix is the start, the education is all about real-life..
.
So then, if I told you that for years you have neglected your nutrition and in 15 weeks, you will never need to ask for a quick fix or meal plan ever again, how would that make you feel?
.
Pretty awesome, I’m sure… like the 25 legends on our 21 day reset.
