People hear the word ‘gym,’ and often think of some gigantic sweat box, with a tonne of fancy high-tech machines, and a membership that’s so difficult to cancel it’s like trying to crack the Enigma code. That’s also not us…
If anything, we’re a fitness community.

Yes, we want to help people get fitter, get stronger, lose a few pounds, and have a body they can be proud of… But we also want people to have fun!
To develop a ‘home away from home.’
And be part of a tight knit group, who are always striving to be better, while having a laugh along the way.
Our main aim is to give our members the tools, guidance, and motivation to achieve their fitness goals, so they not only save themselves the stress of going it alone, but actually get the results they want.
Unlike most gyms, or even most other personal training studios, everything at SC Vital is done in a small group setting. This gives the perfect mix of having all the care and attention you’d get with one-to-one training …
But with the added benefit of extra motivation, encouragement, and a little healthy competition, that training with others brings.
(Oh yeah, and at a much more affordable price than having to pay for 1:1 sessions, too.)
We’re definitely not for everyone, and we’re okay with that.
We want the right members, not lots of members.
We value kindness, honesty, humility, effort, and a commitment to getting better.
Quite frankly, we don’t care who has the most ripped six-pack, the biggest biceps, or can lift the heaviest weight – What we care about is having an awesome group of people who want to get better, together.
