WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS…??

Holly is planning ahead to ensure

her students get the best out of the instruction

or coaching she is going to deliver…

As a result of her meticulous planning & Coaching..

…ALL of her students have all passed their

exams with FLYING COLOURS!!

Why do YOU need to plan..

…YOUR workouts or get coached??

So, you can beat the

only competition you have…

“YOURSELF”, that person in the mirror..!!

Don’t ever go to the gym without a plan or a coaching programme,

YOU should try to plan for around 4-6 weeks

then incorporate a de-load week on completion

use the MAIN LIFTS (Squat , Press etc)

and accessorise around your weaknesses

JOB DONE!!
