What a sad Day :-(

I read a report yesterday

about a young beautiful women

who succumbed to the quick fix

and ordered diet pills from the internet

that eventually ended up killing her…

“BAD TIMES”

I am truly gutted that someone in the 

fitness industry is 

preying on the vulnerable…

Many of who have the misconceived idea that

being skinny is the norm….

If you are offered the quick fix diet pill

or shake as an easier way of achieving a skinny

goal, do me a favour and run a mile!!

         “STRONG IS THE NEW SKINNY”

The girls we coach at this facility are beginning

to see that strong is the new skinny

and as a consequence of being strong,

you will develop a fantastic physique, without bowing

to peer pressure OF SKINNY WAIF LIKE INDIVIDUALS

who peddle diet shakes or magic pills..

I want to be strong….!!

Try this..

  • Lift weights
  • Be consistent
  • Eat well, don’t starve yourself!
  • Find an honest coach
  • No quick fixes
  • Love YOUR life

Finally….

TRAIN LIKE A BEAST TO LOOK LIKE A FOX!!

that will tell you it is easy especially if you eat dust or take a pill..”
