I had a message from one of my coaches
just recently (Yes i have one too!)
he talked about how so many people
don’t make it and why they don’t make it..??
THEY JUST DON’T TRY HARD ENOUGH..!
So, what does this mean to you..?
So many of us don’t try hard enough,
not just in the gym, but in life…
Richard Branson wasn’t successful by
sitting on his arse all day…
I dare say the same is for anyone wanting
to lose weight, get strong, reach a goal etc..
YOU JUST NEED TO GET OF YOUR ARSE..!
If you want the results in life or in fitness
YOU need to put in the effort and be consistent..
you will make mistakes along the way (Im sure BIG Rich did..!)
YOU just need learn from those mistakes
CORRECT THEM and move on, ……
the peaks and troughs of gains in strength
In your troughs, just communicate with YOUR coach
for the best way to overcome those down times…
If this COACH is the real deal they should not just
be your programme creator,
he/she should also be YOUR mentor..
