"Rome wasn't built in a day but has lasted thousands of years."
So you want results and you want them fast?......
Your right everyone, even me wants things to happen and stay permanently, that's just the way we are.
So for this to happen some of you have tried a magic pill, went to the gym for one week even one month and cut some food out your diet and within in a few days you are hoping to wake up, walk into the bathroom and see that you are a cover model for men's/women's health.
SHOCK - Nope it doesn't come this easy. If it did it won't last.
I know what you’re thinking Personal Trainers are born like this, zero stress, fit and strong, well listen up...
This is a little bit about me.
Back in 2005 I decided I wanted to join the Army, was overweight couldn’t run 800m let alone 1.5mile and a push up felt more like a face plant.
I changed my life… how..?
I woke up every day at 6am to go running before school, I had to work hard and in 2008 I achieved my dream and joined the Army.
In that time, I loved to run and set the goal to run a marathon in and ran a pretty respectable time of 3hrs 43mins, but I wasn’t satisfied, I wanted to beat that time and went again in 2012…..
With 365 days of training I did with 3hrs 40mins!
This is when I decided to switch my focus, in 2014 I entered my first CrossFit competition finishing 2nd to a Regional Athlete which gave me a glimmer of hope that I could go up against the big dogs.
A week later I set the goal to become a Regional Athlete which means Top 30 in Europe. I continue to compete yet still now 4 years later I’m 162 places out.
What does this mean..?
Nothing is easy, but if you train hard, eat right and stay consistent, who knows what could happen…?
One important thing, is to make sure it is something you want, because the investment can be an arduous one….. but remember who you’re doing it for it’s your journey no one else’s.
SC Vital Fitness
We always say we dont have time...
Time for what...? our kids, our partner, our work etc..
No time for the gym and i get it, the gym can be hard work, especially if you work hard to put food on the kids table and give you a better quality of life....
My question is, how good is that quality of life, when you have become so inactive, that you lead yourself into an early grave...?..>>Harsh but true..
All from this:
>>This all gets you down and can lead you to an early grave..
"Listen up...I get it...Most people think that because i am into fitness, that i never suffer like them and i never find things hard......yeh right...!"
I have been at the rough end of stress a few years ago.
The Navy told me that i would be signed on for another 5 years, full pay, then 1 year before i signed, they pulled the offer..
To some of you this may not seem too bad, but remember i was in that same job for 23 years, security, money, holidays and a pretty good life.
Lucky for me (i still think you make your own luck) i set out to start a business and it flourished...how..?
The support from family and true friends was unwavering and made me the man and business owner i am today.
The thing is, this applies in all situations, but especially in a fitness journey..
**Let me explain**
If you have the support of family, friends, a good personal trainer and some drive.... your goals will be smashed..
So then, are you ready to take a leap of faith and get some support..?
Do you want some support or some tools that can help you get the support? If so, then its time to come and experience our 30 Day Experience it's a game changer.

P.P.S - There are only 2 spaces left on Aprils Trial run, are you in or out..? Here's that link again..
I get it you want to BE STRONG, you want to LOSE THE LOVE HANDLES but you don't know what to do..., all because there are so many internet sites, gym BRO’s and google trainers saying different things, which makes any workout you do, rubbish.
I get it, the problem with modern day training is that the internet is awash with information like the following:
I feel your pain, i was a skinny 16 year old, i started the odd bit of weights at 21 and my life changed, or so i thought..
I was shown everything i knew by a BRO...(BRO - Has no idea what he is doing, but thinks he knows a lot..) at the time I took his word as gospel.
My training programme looked like this in 1994:
No abs/Core, No legs and a f**ked up body..
This lack of knowledge still spurned me onto do more of the same and mess my body up into a big tangled heap....until.....(its not what you think..!)
At age 30 I split up with my sons mum and then found out how much fun i could have in the pub, drinking beer and chatting to women who liked my appearance (or so I thought..)
"The frequent trips to the pub made me fat, bloated, insecure, desperately unhappy with a massive chip on my shoulder, I was not happy."
The thing is, I still see this type of thing on a regular basis from the modern gym user....nothing has changed, most guys between 28 - 42 are unhappy with how they look and are in the pub most weekends.
But they never let it show, they keep moving forward because it is not the manly thing to do....to tell people you are unhappy with how you feel and how you look.
Fast forward 14 years and i have made it my mission to help people who are in my position today.
The guys out there who have a lack of self esteem, unhappy, sick of being a bit bloated and with no idea what to do in the gym.
So then, how can we fix this, and how can we get past the white noise in the industry and feeling miserable..?
I'll tell you what, fire me an email at email@example.com and if i think you need it, i will book you in for a chat with me and help you map out a plan for the next 30 days FOR FREE to get you back on track and ill even give you a copy of my new 42 page E-Book.
As I write this i am on a plane flying over the English Channel, its one hell of a site..
The thing I notice on the flight is that we all sit close and hope that nobody is a nutcase, but we don't talk or even acknowledge one another....that is until I bumped my head and the lady beside me smiled.
So if we don't acknowledge each other when we sit close, why do so many feel that they are being acknowledged as the fat bloke or girl in the gym, with gym bro's sniggering behind their backs..?
>>Or are they...?
Because some people think like this, they then try and conduct their own healthy eating regime, their own training programmes all on their own without any support.
Don't get me wrong I think that this is great as the obesity epidemic is horrendous and as a country we are getting fatter every day.
The problem with our sick and overweight uk population is that most of them fail on their own....miserably..(not good)
Why..? All because they feel terrible when they enter the gym...
Think on this, like the people on this plane who don't acknowledge each other, it doesn't matter, it doesn't mean because they don't talk to me that they are laughing behind me back (only if you bump your head!).
So, I say who cares....yep the bro's in the tight stringer vest and skinny jeans on a night out can go and lick the windows of the nearest bus.
You might then think that I'm gonna say, you need to come to SC Vital Fitness, we are not like that....we are 100% on your side....BUT and it's a big BUTT..
I DON'T WANT YOU HERE..
That seems kinda weird doesn't it....on one side I say we are the best gym for your needs, but on the other I am saying don't come here...?
If you feel intimidated by people and have no support from the regular people in your life...it won't work...you will still feel that way, no matter what gym you go to..
It's all about your inner chimp, which makes you paranoid and think that everyone is talking about you..
Take it from me, you need to have more of a "I don't care attitude" and I'll tell you why..
Nobody cares about your wobbly bits and what you're doing in the gym, most of us just care if you turn up or not..(We are not the bro's)
P.S - We can teach a lot of this on our Trial Run Membership, fancy a go..?
You are getting older, fatter and sicker than ever before, but you don't know what to do..?
The thing is you know that going to the gym, using a mixture of weights and CV increases YOUR fitness levels and will stop the fat belly jokes in their tracks.
Top Tip: As long as you involve using the larger muscle groups during your movements you are onto a winner
We would recommend doing some type of exercise 3-4 days per week for around 30-45 minutes per session.
The problem is ....Most people don't do it.
The worrying thing is a lack of fitness is attributed to more deaths than diabetes, smoking and heart disease combined.
80% of people don’t get enough exercise and its killing them
"Physical inactivity is the fourth leading risk factor for global death according to the World Health Organization. Levels of physical inactivity are rising in many countries. This increase has major implications for health"
I get it you don't know where to start, what to do and the fitness industry is full of get fit quick schemes.
But, you're not going to solve the problem by sitting on your arse.
Some of reasons we have heard for those who fear breaking through the physical inactivity barrier are:
The real issue is that many of us don't care how long we live.
LISTEN UP: If you don't exercise, you don't care if you DIE SOONER.
It is possible to reverse the early onset of disease and lazyarseitis
(A new inflammatory disease that i made up!)
If you find the right Personal Trainer, so many things will change for the better.
What will change..?
Give yourself a break and get out for a walk with no less than 3 walks per week (90 Minutes) eat well and get of your arse.
You can thank me later.

P.S If you want to try our fitness formula for yourself, we also have a 4 week trial that will give you all the tools you need.
