I hear ya, but surely i need to eat less than what i burn..?
The simple answer is yes..
This is often the question that is bounded about in the fitness industry for anyone who wants to get in shape...
....so then, what diet is best..?
I would say all of them work...BUT..
The idea is to put the body into a calorie deficit...(eat less than what you burn)
I.e if you burn 2500 and eat 2300, then you will lose weight in a sustainable way in a slight calorific deficit...make sense..?
Split up your carbs, Proteins and Fats (50, 40, 10) for the best results.
And you will find that this is the simplest way for you to keep in control of any fat gain issues..
...You could go and spend £85 on some kinda fat burner, eat what you want and not worry about working out, or being in a slight deficit....WRONG..!

These companies, make an absolute fortune out of our desperation to be in shape and it is wrong...

Please stop looking for the easy option...it is hard, but it will be worth it.. :-)

Many fit pros will tell you that you need to have unsustainable limitations to your life in order to stay fit and healthy....(you need some but not something that makes it intolerable)
No fruit, no carbs, no meat, diet shakes, boo tea, etc..
Real life is not an unsustainable load of bullshit, real life is all about how you balance your life with your fitness goals..
If you drink every day, you are not going to achieve your goal, if you eat shit every day you still won't achieve your goal..
If you aim for an 80/20 split, eat with real food, sleep well and drink water, you will be surprised how much your life will change..
Or you can chuck your money into another fad, another online nutrition programme and listen to bullshit..

Do you know that Every day Counts..?
Our deepest fear is finding out that one day there will be no places to hide from the fact that we are getting more overweight and unable to keep up with the kids.
So we decide to look for a gym or a personal trainer.
The thing is I wrestle with the same fears every day
I put on a brave face even though I sometimes feel in myself that I'm also struggling.
As a lot of people who are on any fitness journey, they are born from the same idea...we want to be better than we were yesterday..
The problem is that you start to make assumptions on what you want by listening to the media and what everybody else tells you about how you should look and feel.
Which makes us resist trying to go too far away from the expected norms of diet shakes and hitt classes because the price of failure is high.
We restrict what we eat and we smash ourselves to pieces in the gym and it still doesn't work.....why..?
It's a lot to do with your thought process and your mindset..

Kinda sounds absurd, doesnt it..?
Why would anyone eat any of that for breakfast..?
You see the thing is, some people feel they need this in their life in the form of a diet shake...different sweet flavours to satisfy a sweet tooth…(a habit/drug!)
“OOOhhhh it taste like ice cream has all the nutrition you need, so it must be good for you”... FUCK OFF..!
Listen up - If you have a problem with eating real nutritious food for breakfast and feel that a an ice cream tasting diet shake is the way forward... you need to grow up..
What do I mean?
They have flavoured toothpaste for kids, especially when they start brushing their teeth and i completely understand the need for this as it is so hard to get kids to do anything, they are kids..!
This kid has to learn to brush their teeth, so a strong minty toothpaste can put them off for life.
But, unlike you, they are not a grown up and they are trying to learn what is good and what is bad...so what excuse is there, if you are an adult, a grown up...someone who makes decisions..?
There isn't one, you just need to stop being the snotty kid who doesn’t like water, doesn't like real food, or someone who turns their nose up at any suggestion of eating vegetables.
I hope this makes sense and you get my meaning, basically In order to lose FAT, you need to fucking grow up…
