What about all those people we advise to give up eating shit food
What about all those people we advise to give up their stressful lifestyle
I could go on, but giving up is not easy, life gets in the way, work
stops you in your tracks and as for the kids.... it is bloody hard work
You see, the thing is, the coaches at SC Vital Fitness understand

We advise not to give up everything, but to try and see what
is the easiest thing to plan around your life
Structure is the key...
If you can structure your day and form a habit (2 months)
the rest becomes easy
this habit forming process will bring much needed structure
to your life..
As a consequence of this, the kids will be happier, the missus
may give you more sexy time and you will be happier
with less flab and more energy
So what im trying to say, is don't think of giving up
just think of structuring your life into manageable
chunks, form a habit and the rest will fit..
