“Hi Sean,I've been thinking over this week and I would just like to drop you a quick thank you message: I've been really elated since my last assessment and the results that came with it; thanks in no small part to the time, effort and care you’ve put into getting me to where I am over the past few months (and we’re just getting started!). You’ve been great from the start and immensely supportive and I find myself looking forward to each month in anticipation for what it will bring (Something which I haven’t done in a very long time!). All the best Sean! ”

“Hi Sean. Just wanted to say a massive thank you so far in my rehab journey. Before you opened your amazing facility I was starting to think my back problems would never get better.I still feel like I have a long way to go but I think I’ve come so far since I joined sc vital fitness and feel I’m finally in the best place for my rehab!!I”

"Kind words from a gym member who left to go overseas … “Really it’s much more than just a business – it’s a fantastic community you’ve built and I know that’s no accident (it’s also not something easy to do). It’s great to see the attitude people bring in to your gym and even better to see the attitude they leave with. You must feel great to know how much of that is down to your hard work. "

" ‘Earlier this year I was looking for a personal trainer in the Havant area. I am a wheelchair user with hearing difficulties, and finding a wheelchair accessible and accepting gym can be daunting. I was fortunate enough to find Sean Cole of SC Vital Fitness whom I found extremely helpful and easy to discuss my training goals with. he helped me realise my potential of becoming a Paralympic Powerlifter and set me on the path to winning the 2013 National Powerlifting Championships (97kg category) at Stoke Mandeville Stadium on the 8th June. Cheers Sean!’ "

"I had the pleasure of being trained by Sean for a number of years whilst serving in the Royal Navy. Sean is a compassionate trainer who cares about his colleagues & clients. He truly tailors the exercise sessions he provides to each and every individual he trains and always goes the extra mile to put in the extra time and effort to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits from his expertise. Much of his time spent outside of the gym is dedicated to researching a nutrition and fitness plan that best suits you. So if you are fortunate enough to be able to work with Sean, then I would definitely snatch up the opportunity!”"

"I was drafted to CWD a month ago for the last in a series of jobs I have undertaken whilst being medically downgraded for an injury. Fortunately I have now been made medically fit and heading out to join ILLUSTRIOUS later this week. As a result I felt that I should take the time to throw a couple of “Bravo Zulus” out to some of your team. Firstly, POPT Cole ERI has been utterly fantastic in support of me whilst here at CWD. His quick and effective creation of a rehab programme has helped my knee recover to its current state a lot quicker than I first envisaged. His knowledge and commitment are second to none in the world of Exercise Rehabilitation and I would gladly see him again. His personal manner toward patients is also of the highest professionalism, friendly yet respectful I would say he is one of the finest members of the Physical Training branch that I have worked with."

“As Director of Rugby for the Royal Navy Rugby Union and also Head Coach of the Senior XV I have known Sean and worked closely with him for three years. During this time he was responsible for totally overhauling our strength and conditioning programmes as well as making them more professional and better designed to meet the remit demanded by the ever developing needs of rugby.”
